Complete Self Storage Management software coded in delphi 7

Complete Self Storage Management software written in delphi 7 Have updated setup file but the source code is only 50% of the current state of the software. Project Scope 1.) Billings Added just the Toolbar button and menu item. Functionality needs to be added. also add in function when booking in a customer (add contract) will have the option "taking deposit" or "not taking deposit" and the amount taken. also add in function When the customer moves out there should be an option to say "refund deposit" or "did not refund deposit" and if not the enter the reason. all this info needs to be saved for reference if the customer is searched in the future. 2.) Quotes Already Added buttons to main screen and Inquiries screen. Added menu item to main menu. Functionality needs to be added. 3.) Invoices/Invoicing Already Added button to main screen. Added menu item to main menu. Functionality needs to be added. quote and invoice generation feature, and a template manager for the quotes and invoices with email function to send quotes or invoices. 4.) Reports / Reporting Already Added button to main screen. Added menu item to main menu. Functionality needs to be added. also complete all reporting functions and make sure they are working, Reports will be synced to users profile on website and must be able to be exported to PDF and XLS basic accounting reports into the reports menu ,financial reporting , monthly income , money due , balance of account etc. add print , export to pdf or excel option for booking status add print , export to pdf or excel option for all reports 5.) Graphical Usrer Interface (Location / Storage Units ) Need to finish the Edit and Status portion of popup menu separate units by Unit Type 7.) Sync with Website Sync All reports with a website On website , user will register and be given username and password, When they sync the software , All the reports will be accessible via their profile on the web. 8.) Testing & Debugging newsletter function - be able to email all customers in the database. 9.)
