Creating XML file out of existing datatext.

Project involves following: I want to take existing text and create a XML file out of it. The textfile concist of rows with the following information: firstname lastname company name customernumber streetadress and so on. I want to be able to open the application (that this project develops) and paste the above text that should be converted into xml file. The project is then setup on two parts Part 1 (getting information) Client connect to API and receive list of invoices with invoicenumber. Server then responds with information about every invoice that is about 100 different fields. Part 2 is outputing file. I first want to be able to map the fields from above to the output file. For example Customername (from above) should be linked to CompanyName (in output). It should then be possible to export it as a XML.
