Corel Draw Add-On development

We are looking for developing CorelDraw Add-On for X4/X5 and X6. There are two reference applications for explanation. These are 2 references. Check this [login to view URL] and [login to view URL] . We want to make something like instant designer (second link); which is easy to use. It would need to work with Coreldraw X4, X5, and most current version X6 (both 32bit and 64 bit). One is for simplifying art creation and order forms, and the other is for generating cut files for Rhinestone Production.
