Data read / write program for MSSQL database

I need a professional MSSQL and .NET expert to create a software to read / write data from text, xml and scv source files to SQL tables. Important: Please download the attachment and read carefully before you bid. The coder should have high rating, good track record on RAC and dedicate his / her time to this project until completion. Coder should be available in US Eastern time zone for multiple chat/phone conversion during the day from 9:00AM to 5:00PM. Coder should know English very well to be able to communicate via voice chat and written correspondence. Coder should be able to start this project right away. When we select the coder, we wish to start with no delay and work until we finish the project. Coder should provide 6 months warranty on the code. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
