We are looking for someone to help us provide support to our customers on a daily basis.
min requirments would be:
Troubleshooting knowledge of STEAM games.
Installing and troubleshooting mods and plugins.
Counterstrike, DOD, CSS, CZ, and other online games would be helpfull.
You would monitor emails that alert you to possable server problems that need to be looked into and resolved before the customer realizes that there is even a problem.
Communicate with the customer about the problem you fixed for them.
Respond to support tickets, fixing and helping customers with thier game servers.
Additional skills that would be extreamly helpfull:
MYSQL
Webdevelopment
TCADMIN experiance
Modernbill experiance
Windows2003 managment and security
this is an ongoing help and would be paid monthly.
