Change some sutff on this this templatmatic page

I need the things on this jpg fixed. I need location plugin added to it that people can search for cars in different locations I need the city to display on the pages of the cars I need city location to be able to be searched at the top area i need city location to be able to be searched in advance settings The templatic theme stuff most be removed from my page. set up paypal.... It just must be changed settings i just dont know how. show me the link where i can change the stuff in the top bar and buttom footer [login to view URL] I have another site that needs work on it as well..
