CSS Amendments to Wordpress Site

Hello,

we need some work done on this site:

When you're looking at the site on a mobile, Instead of the current menu, we need a burger style menu...a burger style menu is the one used on [url removed, login to view]

We also need to increase the size of the logo, we're uploading larger ones, but its restricted to specific dimensions...I managed to fix this, but only for the homepage.

Also, we need to change the mobile layout to logo, phone number, email address, and social icons.

For some unknown reason the theme author has limited the colour schemes to about 7...The current colour scheme is purple, but I've changed some of the CSS so purple displays as brown...but I haven't managed to change it everywhere. Is it possible to add a picker, or can you change it in the remaining places?
