Custom post type to my theme

I want two custom post types to be registered in my theme. 1) The one is called "News" and the other one "Offers". 2) Both they will use custom php template so I can customize the look of the post as I want. To make it work just copy paste the post's default [login to view URL] 3) I want to add permission to the user of role (group) "directory_1" to have permission to add or edit or view its own posts, not other author's posts. 4) You may use freeware plugins no problem, unless you make it work as I want. For an experienced developer this would be less than 1 hour of work. Budget: 10$
