1) Excel spreadsheet - raw data

The excel file contains data for product oil filter

We need a program which will:

a) select products by part number (e.g. Oil Filter part number OC310 - column)

b) Take all the rows for columns B through to H, BUT only taking rows for X number of UNIQUE values of Higher Level Model (column A)

c) X needs to be set by the user and is the number of unique values for column C (Model)

d) this table then need to be converted to html. we also want a way to be able to choose format of the table e.g font, size etc

In summary, the program needs to pick the correct data and put it into a number of relevant html tables (which are titled by part number- if there are many tables for each pert no. these should be given a letter code on the end eg. OC310A, OC310B These tables will then to be used by us for posting to a website.

We have previously had a bad experience with this site, therefore we will only pay the full amount on delivery of a fully working program. NO payment will be made before we know everything works.

We will take the company/individual who displays the most understanding of what we need in his/her initial post.

After some further thought we feel it would be more useful if the program can attach and fill two new columns on the original spreadsheet (as opposed to actually creating files). These columns are:

a) the raw html (for each of the created tables) back into the excel spreadsheet and assigned to each row.

b) a column with the new part number e.g. if part number OC310 has created 3 tables, then there will fields with OC310A, OC310B, OC310C

c) the manufacturer/s assigned to those higher level models
