To whom it may concern out there in this great big world: I need a German to English translation of a legal document (567 words long). It's a contract written by a German attorney. Preferred bidders have a background in legal document translations. I edited out some sensitive information using the dot symbol "..." Cheers, Semag Here are two appetizers of the document (see full document attached): "Dies gilt auch für den Fall, dass der VP2 nicht selbst an der Projektdurchführung mitwirkt, sondern durch ihm verbundene Unternehmen. Als solche Unternehmen gelten alle, auf die der VP2 einen beherrschenden Einfluss hat oder die faktisch von ihm abhängig sind oder die mit ihm durch ständige Kooperation verbunden sind." Hello Semag, I am a professional translator specialized in legal matters (c.f. my résumé). I am qualified in legal German and I occasionally translate business documents from German to English. I have acquired most of my experience as an independent contractor in France and I am still fairly new on Freelancer.
