I have a series of recorded lectures that need to be distilled into clear, reader-friendly notes. The final output should be a text document for each lecture (or a single compiled file if you prefer), arranged logically with headings and bullet points that make the key points and concepts easy to scan and recall quickly. What matters most to me is accuracy and clarity. I want each summary to flag the core ideas, definitions, formulas, or arguments without slipping into verbatim transcription or unnecessary detail. Your own wording should shine through so the notes read naturally, almost like a concise study guide. A background in academic or technical writing will help, and at least five years of proven experience summarizing dense material is strongly preferred. Familiarity with standard editing tools—Word, Google Docs, or similar—will keep collaboration smooth. If you use citation managers or outlining software, feel free to let me know; I am open to efficient workflows. Before we start, I’ll share: • The lecture recordings or transcripts • Any course outlines or reading lists that should steer emphasis Acceptance criteria: • Every lecture summarized in a text document, delivered in .docx or Google Doc format • Key points and concepts clearly highlighted (bold, underline, or a distinct style—your call as long as it’s consistent) • No factual errors, missing sections, or uncredited quotes • Delivery within the agreed timeline and ready for immediate reference If this sounds like something you can tackle confidently, send over a brief note about your relevant projects and, if possible, a sample summary. Let’s make these lectures effortlessly reviewable.
