I need a partner who can take our public-facing educational materials and bring every file up to full Section 508 and WCAG 2.1 AA compliance. Most of what you will touch are PDFs, Word files, and the occasional spreadsheet, many of which contain links, form fields, and embedded media intended for Utah students, parents, and teachers. The assignment begins with an accessibility audit of each document, followed by the actual remediation: adding proper tags and alt text, fixing reading order, structuring tables, validating color contrast, captioning or describing media, and confirming everything can be navigated entirely by keyboard and consumed smoothly by common screen readers (JAWS, NVDA, VoiceOver). Deliverables • Remediated, fully compliant documents in their original formats • A brief compliance report for each file outlining issues found and fixes applied • Verification logs or screenshots from at least two accessibility checkers (e.g., Adobe Acrobat Pro, PAC 3) Acceptance criteria A file is considered complete when it passes both automated testing and a manual review with a screen reader, shows zero WCAG 2.1 AA errors, and retains the original visual layout. Let me know your estimated turnaround per document batch, preferred toolset, and any relevant certifications or past K-12 work you can share.
