I’m looking for an experienced sales professional who can open doors for my civil-engineering construction firm inside the renewable-energy sector. Success for me looks like a steady stream of warm, decision-ready leads and signed work packages; success for you is measurable in clear milestones we’ll agree at the outset (number of qualified introductions, RFP invitations, or contracts closed). If you’ve previously sold construction services into renewable-energy projects, know how to speak the language of developers and financiers, and can hit the ground running without a long learning curve, I’d love to hear how you would approach the first 90 days and what support you’ll need from my team.
