Our candy and confectionery brand needs its full company and product profile entered, filed, and tracked across several major retailer and distributor portals in the United States. The immediate priority is Coremark, McLane, and Kehe, followed closely by Costco, Albertson, Burlington, and Ross. To succeed, proven hands-on experience with these specific systems is essential. I will supply the product spec sheets, images, pricing, certifications, and any additional paperwork you request. Your role covers: • Submitting product information accurately and completely • Managing the entire submission process inside each portal • Handling follow-ups and all communications until confirmation of acceptance I will consider the job complete when each portal sends back formal acknowledgment that our vendor profile and product listings are active, along with any vendor numbers or item codes they assign. A concise closing report that details dates, contacts, and next steps for replenishment or purchase orders will wrap things up. If you already know the quirks of Coremark’s VendorLink, McLane’s DSD Connect, Kehe’s RangeMe gateway, or similar tools, you will feel right at home here. This is a part-time role requiring 4-10 hours per week regularly. Some weeks may require additional hours depending on workload.
