My Google Workspace mailboxes have gone silent because the DNS for my domain is still pointed at my website’s default settings instead of Google’s servers. I need someone who knows Gmail/Workspace inside-out to jump in, clean up the MX records, and make sure messages flow both ways again. Here’s the situation • Email configuration is the priority; right now the MX records are wrong, so nothing sends or lands. • While we’re in there, I’d like a quick sanity-check on basic user management so all accounts are linked correctly. What I expect from you 1. Update the domain’s MX records to Google’s recommended set. 2. Confirm propagation, then test sending and receiving from at least two accounts. 3. Walk me through any small follow-up tweaks (e.g., SPF or DKIM) so delivery stays healthy. 4. Spend a few minutes verifying each user account is active and mapped to the right aliases/groups. Once email is back online and the user list looks tidy, we’re done. Should be a straightforward task for anyone comfortable with Google Admin Console and DNS dashboards—ideally completed today.
