Golf Apparel Field Reps

We are expanding our women’s golf and travel-wear label into pro shops and specialty sports retailers across Australia and need experienced field reps to accelerate the rollout. The role is strictly B2B: you’ll visit pro shops and retailers, and secure purchase orders for our latest seasonal lines and our classic essentials available throughout the year. What I’m looking for • A mid-level sales professional who can prove consistent territory growth and relationship building. • Basic golf and or apparel familiarity helps you speak the customer’s language. • Your own reliable transport is essential; essential travel expenses will be covered when you’re on the road. • Commission sits at 12–15 %, adjusted by outlet type and region, and is paid on every invoice collected. Product samples, look-books and training are supplied before you hit the road. Key expectations (acceptance criteria) 1. Map and prioritise pro shops and retail outlets in your assigned territory. 2. Book and complete on-site presentations, capturing feedback in our shared CRM. 3. Close initial stock orders within the first 60 days and follow up to drive replenishment. 4. Submit weekly activity and pipeline reports so we can forecast production accurately.
