We are Maiami, a fashion company from Berlin-Prenzlauer Berg.
We are looking for a new person for financial accounting on a freelance basis.
Our document volume is 200-300 documents/receipts per month.
The financial accounting can be done remotely or on-site. The person will need to work closely with the tax accountant.
As the accounting is a basis for our monthly reporting, fixed processes and adherence to deadlines are very important for us.
Start: immediately or as of 1.1.2023
Tools: LexWare, DATEV stand-alone solution - or comparable other tools.
We have 200-300 receipts per months. Depending on the speed of the bookkeeper this will take 8-12 hours in my experience.
They will have to work with the tax accountancy.
They will have to be able to create automated reports from their bookkeeping tools. Ideally it is a tool that integrates with DATEV the German tax software/backbone.
