I’m looking for a reliable finance professional who can take the pressure off me by keeping my books up-to-date and following up on outstanding invoices. Day-to-day, the role centres on two key areas: • Sending reminders to clients • Tracking payments and overdue invoices I already have an organised client list and clear payment terms in place; what I need is someone who can step in, work through the outstanding items, and keep the ledger clean and current. If you’re comfortable working in popular cloud-based accounting platforms such as QuickBooks, Xero, or Wave, that will make onboarding smooth, but I’m open to whichever tool you prefer as long as I can see real-time figures and clear audit trails.
