I need the three customer-facing documents my team has used for years in Sage50—Invoice, Purchase Order, and Delivery Acceptance—rebuilt as fully editable, ready-to-use templates inside QuickBooks. The goal is simple: when our staff switch software, our clients should barely notice. Fonts, logo placement, column headings, footers, sequential numbering, and every other visual cue have to match the Sage50 originals so that printed or emailed forms look identical to what we send today. I will supply high-resolution PDFs of each Sage50 form, along with any source graphics and the field mapping I currently use. Your task is to recreate those layouts in QuickBooks’ custom form designer (desktop or online—let’s discuss which version best suits your workflow) and return importable template files plus brief instructions for loading them on our end.
