SAP Financial Analysis Review

I have spent the past 18 years in finance and still believe a fresh, impartial review can uncover insights I may overlook. I am currently running a set of financial analyses directly from SAP and would like you to confirm the accuracy of my work and highlight any red flags or optimisation opportunities. Scope of work • Access the relevant SAP modules (mainly FI/CO) via a secure remote session. • Walk through my existing queries, formulas, and report layouts. • Re-create or independently compile the same figures to cross-check results. • Provide a concise report summarising variances, root-cause observations, and recommended adjustments. Acceptance criteria – All key figures (P&L, balance sheet items, cash-flow drivers) reconcile within an agreed tolerance. – Your commentary clearly identifies any data-source or mapping issues, plus concrete steps to fix them. – Recommendations are actionable inside SAP, not generic theory. You will need solid SAP FI/CO experience and a strong grounding in financial analysis. If our collaboration goes well, I may open follow-on work covering budgeting models and periodic forecasting.
