We are seeking a reliable and highly organised Operations Support Assistant who is confident on the phone and able to handle daily scheduling, logistics coordination, and administrative work. All processes are fully documented and standardised. About the Role You will be responsible for making outbound calls to retail stores, site contacts, and technicians to coordinate on-site work. You will manage scheduling, track shipments, update spreadsheets, and support day-to-day operational tasks. This position suits someone detail-oriented, confident in spoken English, and able to follow structured workflows.
