I need someone to weekly review timesheets filled out by 6 employees and import timesheets in our timesheet management system. Every second week create billing for the timesheets. You need to have good English writing skills, and be able to detect grammar errors. You need to reconstruct grammar if necessary, such that clients understand the value to them in terms of their requirements and business processes, and other criteria that will be provided. You have to be familiar with and have experience with terminology used in software development computer technology, and ERP. Please state how you gained this experience. You need to communicate to employees where you think that poor practices are used in timesheets, to continuously improve their timesheet writing skills. Please state administrative experience you have. Punctual meeting recurring deadlines will be required. Similar previous experience in timesheet administration will be a plus. Understanding of basic terminology used in corporate transactions like Purchase Order Processes, Sales Order Processes, Packing and Shipping, Couriers, Basic financials, Manufacturing, Suppliers, Customers, CRM, Job Costing will be highly beneficial. We do software development and implementation of ERP systems related to these processes, hence our timesheets often refer to these processes. Understanding related terminology will increase your ability to review timesheets successfully.
