Summary About Us We are a bar inventory management business based in Houston, TX, operating under Sculpture Hospitality. We help bars maximize profitability through efficient inventory management, pricing strategies, and revenue growth. As we grow, we need a reliable Virtual Assistant to support company operations and administrative tasks. Higher pay and more tasks will be given to the best-talented individuals. This role can and will expand to more tasks and money as we own multiple businesses. Great opportunity to be paid a lot for a little bit of accurate work!!! Job Description We seek a proactive and organized Virtual Assistant to assist with company-wide administrative, research, and operational tasks. This role involves working closely with the team to ensure efficiency and accuracy in daily activities. Responsibilities: Daily tasks: (Monday through Sunday, varies on Days, and tasks are 5 minutes) 1. Proofing Report, iPar Report, and Email Report are all run through Google App Scripts, so just upload the file, and an automation will run. 2. Database Maintenance and Cleaning Project Management: -Own and take charge of the Proofing Report Project. Send Daily reports to the CEO and work with the CEO to make informed decisions. -Assign weekly tasks to team members via Zoho Projects. -Track task progress and follow up with team members to ensure deadlines are met. -Provide daily updates on open and incomplete tasks. File and Documentation Management: -Ensure all files and documents are correctly organized in folders. -Keep records updated and accessible for the team. Research: -Conduct online research for business projects, client needs, or operational improvements. -Compile and present research findings in an organized format. Data Entry: -Enter and maintain accurate records in Zoho or other systems. -Invoices are sent and are accurate. General Assignments: -In conjunction with the CEO, take on additional tasks as assigned, including administrative support, minor problem-solving, and follow-ups with team members, clients, etc. Communication: -Collaborate with team members via Zoho Cliq. -Escalate unresolved tasks or issues to the leadership team. Tools You’ll Use: -Zoho Projects (task and project management) -Zoho WorkDrive (file organization and management) -Zoho Cliq (team communication) -Google Workspace or Zoho Docs (research and data organization) Qualifications: -Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or in a similar role. -Strong research and data entry skills. -Proficiency with tools like Zoho Projects, Google Workspace, or similar platforms. -Highly organized and detail-oriented. -Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines. -Strong communication skills and ability to work independently. Best Candidates have a bar or alcoholic beverage background. Bartenders, bar managers, etc., will quickly understand our business and what we are doing. Software training is provided, but you are encouraged to know the bar hospitality industry, as it will help you understand our mission and help the organization achieve its goals. This role comes with a monthly payout starting at $50-$250, depending on how talented the individual is. We are a high-paying company and attract only the best talent. This is a recurring monthly project. About two hours a day of work or less. It varies day to day depending on the audit schedule, but balances out. With experience and repetition, tasks can be completed in 10 minutes. Pay stays the same. We are looking for quality. This job may seem like a lot, but it is not. Someone who is organized, multi-tasking, and a good communicator can accomplish things in less than an hour a day, at most. Again, the pay stays the same. We want quality and dependability.
