I have a collection of individual Word files that together make up the documentation package we printout pages individually, collate, and then scan it a single document that we then give to our customers. At the moment we print everything; instead, I want a single, polished PDF template that I can edit, save, and then I can drop onto a flash drive. Here is exactly what I need you to do: • Combine all the source Word documents into one coherent layout, keeping all headers, tables, and page numbering consistent. • Convert that master file into a fill-able PDF. I only need to type text into predefined fields—no changes to the structure once the template is finished. • Include logical spots where I can attach or insert our material test-report PDFs as new pages (placeholders or simple “click-to-attach” buttons). • Make sure I can clear the fields quickly and reuse the template for the next job. • Hand over the ready-to-use PDF template plus a brief set of instructions so anyone in the office can repeat the process. If you normally work in Adobe Acrobat Pro, InDesign, or similar form-building tools, that’s perfect—the end file just has to open and behave flawlessly in standard Adobe Reader. Once I receive the final template and the quick-start guide, I’ll test it with sample data. When every field saves and clears correctly, we’re done.
