We would like assistance for developing a sample LMS application covering only 2 topics from 2 subjects. On successful approval the full fledged application will follow. The expectation from the professional includes: 1. Creating storyboards in the beginning of the development phase to outline the visuals, text and audio elements, interactions, navigation and anything else that will be used in the eLearning course. 2. Creating engaging learning activities and compelling course content that enhances retention and transfer 3. Providing exercises, activities and assessments that enhance the learning process. 4. Developing supporting and interactive material/media in form of audio, video, simulations, role plays, games etc. 5. Deciding on the criteria used to judge learner’s performance and develop assessment instruments 6. Design & structure entire courses and curriculum such a way, that the flow of information is sequential and smooth without losing context, moving from complex, simple, or elaborate concepts in an uncluttered manner that caters effectively to a wide variety of learners. Requirements ------------ 1. Proven working experience in instructional design and with instructional technology 2. Excellent knowledge of learning theories and instructional design models 3. Ability to write effective copy, instructional text, audio scripts/video scripts with proficiency of Instructional design tools like Adobe Captivate, Articulate Storyline, etc. 4. Solid knowledge of course development software and at least one Learning Management System 5. Able to deliver work to agreed timelines.
