Convert Plan Drawing to AI Vector

I have a plan drawing (supplied as a raster image) and a second reference image that shows the corrected mesh area. I need the entire plan redrawn as a clean vector and delivered as a native Adobe Illustrator (.ai) file. Key details to follow: • Every line, curve and hatch from the original plan must be traced accurately so I can scale or edit later without quality loss. • The amended mesh area shown in the second image must appear as one solid block of blue—no gradients, patterns or outlines. • No extra labels, dimensions or notes are required beyond what already appears in the plan. Deliverable: • A single .ai file with all elements on tidy, well-named layers (e.g., outlines, blue mesh). I will provide both reference images as soon as the project starts and will confirm the final artwork by checking that colours, proportions and alignment match the originals exactly.
