JPEG Logo Text Vectorization

I have my vehicles livery text only as full size physical decal and need it rebuilt as a crisp, fully-scalable vector. No tweaks or creative changes—just an exact replica of the original artwork. The artwork looks like a font, but we have failed to find an exact matching font. We are seeking perfect match, so please don't use an existing font unless you are actually able to find a font that was originally used and is a perfect match. We need the four words in all caps: SHERIFF SEARCH AND RESCUE They can be in the same file, and the relative positioning of the words to each other is irrelevant. We will have them produced as decals and the positioning will be done directly on the vehicles. Please recreate the words in Illustrator (or similar) and hand over the finished artwork in SVG, ready for any size or medium. We would also like AI, EPS, and reference JPG versions. Deliverable: • One vector art file that matches the supplied JPEGs with reference ruler, with smooth paths and clean edges in SVG, AI, EPS, and reference JPG formats. Accuracy is everything, so smooth curves and faithful proportions will secure quick approval. Once we have the first version in hand, we will print proofs and as needed do a second round of photos with notes for corrections with the proofs taped on the vehicles next to the reference originals.
