Prepare Print-Ready UV Artwork for EVA Foam Floating Pool Game Table (Using DWG CAD File)

I am manufacturing a floating EVA foam pool game table that will have graphics UV printed on the top white foam surface. The product is constructed from two layers of EVA foam: • Top layer: White EVA foam (this is the surface that will be UV printed) • Bottom layer: Blue EVA foam Important manufacturing detail: The cup holders and channels are CNC cut through the white foam layer, exposing the blue foam layer underneath. The blue color visible in the cup holders and channels is NOT printed ink. It is the blue foam layer showing through. I need a designer to convert the attached design concept into clean, precise vector artwork aligned to the CAD geometry of the product. This is a production file for manufacturing, not just a visual mockup. Files I Will Provide • DWG CAD file containing the exact board geometry • Reference image of the design concept • Color references Design Requirements Using the provided DWG CAD file, create precise vector artwork aligned with the product geometry, including: • Octagonal board outline • Center circular play area • Four channels • Four cup holder openings • Branding elements and text The artwork must align correctly with all physical features. Important Manufacturing Rules • Only the white foam surface will be printed. • White areas in the design represent unprinted EVA foam. • Do NOT print white ink. • Do NOT place printed graphics inside cup holder holes or recessed channels. The blue seen in those areas comes from the blue EVA foam layer underneath. Color Specifications Dark Blue Pantone 293 C HEX #003DA5 Used for: • Large circular ring Light Blue Pantone 299 C HEX #00A3E0 Used for: • Center circle • Text • Accent graphics White Areas White areas represent natural white EVA foam and should be left unprinted (no ink).
