Vibrant Headshot Enhancement Needed

I have a studio-lit headshot that currently feels flat, and I’d like you to breathe life into it using Adobe Lightroom and/or Photoshop. There are a handful of examples of what we hope it can look like. Acceptance criteria: the image must retain true-to-life skin texture, exhibit balanced highlights and shadows, and maintain edge detail with no visible halos or excessive smoothing. A quick note showing the main tweaks performed would be appreciated so I understand your workflow.
