Documentary Editors for YouTube Channel

We're a digital media production company building a 4-person remote editing team for an investigative documentary YouTube channel covering corruption, financial fraud, and hidden global systems. Scaling to 8-10 videos per month (20-30 min each). We're looking for experienced editors who can work at this level: Reference Videos: [login to view URL] [login to view URL] [login to view URL] What we need: 1+ years in After Effects & Premiere Pro Motion graphics (data visualizations, animated maps, kinetic typography, 3D parallax) Cinematic transitions and visual storytelling Music selection and storyboarding from scripts Comfortable working async in a flat remote team English fluency required, Hindi is a bonus No agencies or middlemen — we work directly with editors. Compensation: ₹25,000/month base pay (covers up to 6 videos/month as a team) ₹2,000 bonus per editor for every video the team completes beyond 6 Revenue sharing as the channel grows — we want editors who grow with us, not just work for us Paid monthly via Wise Part-time, 15-20 hrs/week.
