I need short, on-camera promotional reels that showcase our Gurugram properties to people ready to buy or rent a home. Each reel should highlight three angles that matter most to this audience: standout property features, solid investment benefits, and quick neighborhood insights that answer the “what’s nearby?” question before they even ask. You’ll visit the location, appear confidently on camera, script your talking points, capture supporting B-roll, and deliver polished vertical videos optimised for Instagram Reels and YouTube Shorts. Quick cuts, clear captions, and upbeat background music are essential; please stay within Meta’s recommended 9:16 framing and 30–60-second runtime. • Deliverables: 2 fully edited MP4 reels per week (face-to-camera + supporting B-roll), totaling approximately 8–9 reels per month. • Compensation: ₹10,000–₹15,000 per month, subject to final selection and quality approval. • Initial Trial: As the first project, you will be required to create one sample reel for which you will be paid ₹800–₹900. • Next Steps: Upon approval of the sample reel, we will proceed with a monthly engagement. • Separate caption copy with relevant hashtags • Thumbnail image and raw footage backup Feel free to use your preferred gear and editing suite—Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut, or even CapCut—as long as the final output is crisp and ready to post.
