Full-Time Video Editor for Social Media Agency (CapCut + Premiere Pro + After Effects)

We are a fast-paced social media agency looking for a full-time video editor to join our team long-term. Schedule: Monday–Saturday | 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM EST (Lunch break: 1:00 PM – 1:30 PM EST) Volume: 20–32 videos per week Contract: Long-term / Ongoing What you'll be doing: Editing short-form content (Reels, TikToks, YouTube Shorts) optimized for retention and virality Adding motion graphics, transitions, captions, and sound design Following brand guidelines and internal creative direction Delivering consistent, high-quality edits within deadlines Required: CapCut — expert level (mandatory) Adobe Premiere Pro (highly preferred) Adobe After Effects (highly preferred) Experience with AI tools such as ElevenLabs, Runway, Kling, Pika, Nano Banana and Seedance Fluent in Spanish and/or English Preferred locations: Argentina, Colombia, Venezuela, Bangladesh, Sri Lanka Power & Connectivity: If you live in an area with frequent power outages, a UPS capable of keeping your laptop/PC and WiFi running for 4–6 hours is required. Power cuts are not accepted as an excuse for missed deadlines. Onboarding: During the first 3 weeks you will receive a reduced workload while you adapt to our workflow. Full volume begins after the trial period. Ideal candidate: We give priority to applicants with no other job or major responsibilities (studies or dependents), as this role demands full availability and commitment. Creative standards: Do NOT rely on CapCut's default templates, basic built-in effects, or free generic stock sites. You must build your own library of custom resources using AI tools and professional platforms such as Google Fonts, Fontshare, Font Squirrel, Envato and Higgsfield.ai.
