Photo Music & Text Label

I have a single image that I’d like turned into a short video clip: the photo remains static while the background music I provide plays. On top of the image, I need a clean text label positioned at the top. You’ll receive from me: • The high-resolution photo (JPEG/PNG) • The exact audio track (MP3/WAV) • The text for the label and preferred font if needed What I need back: • An MP4 (or similar) video that loops the still image for the full length of the song • Crisp, readable text label aligned at the top of the frame • Final file optimised for sharing on social media (1080p, 30 fps) Please keep colour grading true to the original photo and ensure the audio is levelled—no clipping or distortion. If this is straightforward for you in Premiere, Final Cut, Davinci Resolve, or similar, I’d love to see it done quickly.
