I publish finance-focused content on both YouTube and Instagram, and I’m looking for an editor who can make every piece feel polished, fast-paced, and genuinely engaging. My YouTube uploads sit in the 10- to 20-minute range, while the companion Reels/Shorts need to hook viewers in seconds—so retention-driven storytelling is everything. Here’s what I expect in every delivery: • Impeccably timed cuts and seamless transitions that keep momentum high • Professional color grading that matches modern finance/tech aesthetics • Clean text callouts, lower thirds, and occasional animated graphs • Layered sound design—music, SFX, subtle whooshes—to elevate pacing • Consistent output quality so viewers feel the same brand experience across long-form and short-form content Workflow & collaboration – I provide the A-roll, B-roll, brand assets, and a rough brief. – You edit in Premiere Pro or DaVinci Resolve (tell me which), export in 4K for YouTube and vertical 1080×1920 for Reels/Shorts, and supply the project file or editable archive so tweaks are easy. – Typical turnaround: 3–4 days for long-form, 24–48 h for Shorts. We’ll adjust timelines together when a video is particularly complex. To be considered, please share: 1. A portfolio link (finance or business samples get priority) 2. At least two edits that show your use of pacing, motion graphics, and color 3. Your pricing tiers or per-minute rates for both long-form and short-form 4.
