Video Rotoscoping & VFX Editor

I’m looking for someone who can do video post-production at VERY high level- someone to take 2-3 short (3-4 minute) videos of me conducting (viewing the orchestra with the audience behind me) and overlay them PERFECTLY on other videos (ai or otherwise) such that they look completely natural IN EVERY WAY. The videos are of me conducting an orchestra and they must be overlayed on the background of other orchestral videos. Much of this can now be done by AI easily, but video editing skills will be necessary to make it perfect. Roto and VFX work finished to the same standard you would expect from a theatrical release. All work will be carried out inside DaVinci Resolve’s Fusion page or Runway; if you prefer to rough things in Nuke or After Effects first, that is fine as long as the finished composites are delivered in Resolve-friendly formats and slot straight into my existing 4K timeline. The tasks on the table • Precise rotoscoping of complex foreground subjects (hair, motion blur, fine edges) • Adding precise background seamlessly behind the foreground • Layering and flawlessly aligning multiple plates so they read as a single shot • Designing and integrating photoreal visual effects that hold up in close-ups and wide shots alike Acceptance criteria 1. Alpha mattes are tight, free of chatter, and hold over the entire shot duration. 2. Composites match the original camera exposure and lens characteristics; no visible seams under full-resolution playback. Turn-around time must be quick and you must be available to send back and forth short clips so we know we are on the right track.
