AI System review, selection, implementation, Optimization for Consulting Firm

reviewing ai agents via desktop or cloud based, claude, agentic, ltm and learning for our small consulting company. I have the overall workflow however am looking to automate with ai on every front. Human in the loop, but would like this agent, co worker or whatever you describe it must be able to handle numerous tasks as I currently use 27+ different systems that are not even linked via api currently and significant strategies and time to get it done. I have never had anyone able to follow along my process as of yet. I Need someone to help review, choose and implement a suite of services and actions from inbound, resource, data input, appending data, reports via canva, quotes and proposals, email follow up and rankings, valuing data, ensuring data is correct and in right place (use 5 different levels of research to accomplish this) and then execute engagement. Looking at using claude desktop, base44, perplexity and others that can work with my chaos and weave numerous parts together and create clarity. I am not fixed on any resource as of yet for AI.
