Custom AI Phone Receptionist

I’m building a turnkey voice AI that can take over front-desk phone duties for my business clients. The system must pick up every call, greet the caller naturally, route or record the inquiry, and—in real time—handle three core functions: • Answer routine and ad-hoc questions about the client’s services • Book, move, or cancel appointments on an integrated calendar • Capture caller details, create or update records inside the client’s CRM and customer database I already have target industries lined up, so the solution needs to drop straight into different tech stacks. Please wire it to common SaaS CRMs (HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce), Google or Microsoft calendars, and a MySQL/REST customer database layer. If middleware such as Zapier or custom webhooks smooths things out, that works for me. Voice and dialogue must be fully customizable. I want to adjust tone, language, and fallback behaviour per client—ideally through a simple dashboard or config file so I’m not rewriting code each time. Call quality, low latency, and natural-sounding TTS / STT are non-negotiable; Twilio, Amazon Connect, Vonage, or a comparable carrier-grade platform is fine as long as you justify the pick. Deliverables 1. Deployed cloud service with phone number ready for live testing 2. Admin interface for voice, script, and integration settings 3. Documentation: setup, client onboarding, and API/webhook reference 4.
