Wedding Honeybook & SEO Virtual Assistant

I run a boutique wedding-services business and I’m ready to hand off three key pieces of my day-to-day workflow. First priority is Honeybook: I need you inside my account each weekday, replying to new enquiries, keeping the pipeline up to date and moving leads smoothly toward booking. You should already know the tone couples expect—warm, reassuring and concise—because you’ve worked in the wedding industry before. Alongside that, you will supervise my Claude chatbot. It’s already trained on our packages and FAQs; your job is to monitor conversations for accuracy, fine-tune prompts when answers fall short, and flag anything that needs a personal touch. Finally, I want my website and blog posts to rank better for high-intent local keywords. If you’re comfortable running a quick audit, adjusting meta tags and pushing fresh, optimized content through our CMS, you’ll fit right in. You ned to create the blog posts, too. Main tools in play: Honeybook, Claude AI, Google Search Console and basic on-page SEO plugins (Yoast/RankMath). If you’re fluent with those and can prove previous wedding-niche experience, let’s talk.
