Complete GHL Marketing-Production Web App Automation & Content Creation Build

My restoration and clean-out company (water, sewage, mold, junk, hoarder, moving and demo work) needs a single GoHighLevel (GHL) build that controls the entire customer journey and internal execution cycle. The project covers BOTH sides of the house—marketing and production—so the website, funnels and back-end must seamlessly drive lead generation, client intake & management, plus final sales conversion and cash collection. Scope in plain words • Build a no-leak GHL environment: public site, niche funnels and landing pages, each tied to tracking that attributes every click, call or chat back to the source campaign. • Route every inquiry—forms, calls, chat, SMS, paid-referral feeds, paid lead-platform replies and manual/email flows—straight into the CRM with automated stage gates, smart lists and task codes. • Layer in AI where platform rules allow: instant autoresponders for paid-lead platforms and an internal “AI teammate” that nudges reps if SLAs slip. • Stand up production tools inside the same workspace: field views for PMs, techs and subs; estimate calculators; inventory/equipment tracking; dispatch boards; micro-agreements and doc e-sign; dry logs; audit trail to cash; review & nurture sequences; dashboards. • Integrations must fire cleanly with CompanyCam, Panda doc, Thumbstack Angi Nextdoor Quick Books (API or native). Quality & payment structure Work is milestone-based and escrowed. Each milestone requires a live screen-share demo, pass/fail and stress-test; gaps are fixed before funds release.
