AI-Driven Email Outreach System Development

Job Description: I am looking for an experienced developer/automation specialist to build a reliable, "human-in-the-loop" email outreach system. The goal is to take a CSV file containing first names, company names, and email addresses, and automatically generate highly personalized, formal outreach emails for a funding offer. Core Workflow: Input: Import a CSV file (First Name, Company Name, Email Address). AI Research & Drafting: For each row, an AI model must research the company to find a recent, specific milestone (e.g., recent ASX announcement, news, or social media chatter). It will then use a strict template to draft a formal email incorporating: Sentence 1: A standard introduction for "L1 Capital Global Opportunities Fund." Sentence 2: "Congratulations on your recent milestones including [INSERT COMPANY SPECIFIC MILESTONE FOUND BY AI]." Sentence 3: "We have recently executed similar structured investments on the ASX." Sentence 4: "Are you open to a brief conversation next week to explore how we can support [Target Company]’s capital needs?" Approval Queue: The drafts must NOT be sent automatically. Instead, they need to be pushed into a "Drafts" folder of a dedicated Outlook email account (a look-alike domain to protect my primary inbox). Human Review: I will review the drafts in Outlook, make any final edits, and manually hit "Send." CRM Sync: Once sent from Outlook, the email and any subsequent replies must be automatically logged to the corresponding contact record in HubSpot (via BCC or API). Technical Preferences & Requirements: Stack: Open to solutions using Python, APIs (OpenAI, HubSpot, Microsoft Graph), Zapier, or Make.com. The final product must be reliable and repeatable. AI Tone: The language must be polished, formal, and consistent. The AI must be able to find a credible "milestone" to make the email feel bespoke. Deliverability: The system must be built to protect sender reputation. This includes guidance on warming up the new dedicated email address before high-volume sending begins. Project Budget & Timeline: Budget: $100 USD per week. Timeline: We can discuss a timeline based on your proposed approach. Ideal Freelancer: Has built similar "human-in-the-loop" AI outreach pipelines before. Experienced with email deliverability best practices and CRM integrations (specifically HubSpot and Outlook/ Microsoft Graph API).
