Pune Predictive Analytics AI Architect

I’m kicking off a predictive analytics programme for an IT-focused business unit in Pune and need an experienced AI consultant who can wear the architect’s hat from day one. You’ll guide the full lifecycle: shaping the use-cases with stakeholders, auditing our existing data assets, then designing a scalable machine-learning stack that can move from PoC to production without rewrites. I expect you to be comfortable choosing the right mix of Python, scikit-learn, PyTorch or TensorFlow, setting up automated training pipelines, and wiring everything into a cloud environment (AWS, Azure or GCP—whichever best fits the roadmap we draft together). Strong MLOps habits, version-controlled experiments and CI/CD for models are must-haves because this project must be repeatable by the Pune team after hand-off. Key deliverables • Architecture blueprint covering data ingestion, feature store, model training, serving and monitoring • Detailed project plan with phased milestones and risk mitigation steps • A working MVP model deployed to a staging environment, documented so my in-house engineers can extend it • Knowledge-transfer sessions (onsite or remote) and concise run-books Acceptance criteria: the MVP should reach the agreed-upon performance benchmark on our hold-out set, build and deploy from a single command, and generate automated monitoring alerts. Most collaboration will be on Indian business hours, with at least occasional visits to the Pune office preferred.
