I run a growing e-commerce business and need a dependable virtual assistant who can keep my inbox under control and make sure our data stays clean, current, and easy to find. Your day-to-day work will centre on two areas: • Email management – triage messages in Gmail, apply labels, set up smart filters, draft or send quick replies, and surface anything that needs my direct attention so the inbox is effectively at “zero” by day’s end. • Data entry & organisation – maintain spreadsheets in Google Sheets, update product or customer records, and create simple automations or look-ups that cut down on repetitive keystrokes. I already rely heavily on Google AI tools inside Workspace, so familiarity with features such as smart compose, custom labels, AppSheet, or basic Apps Script will help you hit the ground running. Zapier or Power Automate knowledge is a plus, but Google-native solutions are my preferred route for now. We operate seven days a week; however, I only need coverage during normal business hours in my time zone, with a quick response window for priority messages. Accuracy, confidentiality, and clear communication are non-negotiable. If you can keep my digital back-office running smoothly while spotting chances to automate or streamline, we’ll be a perfect fit.
