Technical Support: Help troubleshoot common bugs or technical issues users face when using the platform. Respond to Customer Queries: Answer general questions, explain our platform’s features, and assist users in resolving their issues. Provide Friendly and Professional Communication: Maintain a positive, helpful, and empathetic tone while communicating with users. Requirements: Fluent in English: Strong written communication skills. Typing Speed: Fast and accurate typing skills to ensure quick response times. Problem-Solving: Ability to quickly understand and resolve issues. Tech-Savvy: Comfortable with technology and learning new systems. Good Attitude and Professionalism: Must be friendly, patient, and calm under pressure. Availability: Full-time availability. Nice-to-Have: Exposure to AI or chatbots (but not required).
