Then I would layer in thermostat control and smart locks, again using Aqara devices for consistency. The security coverage for entrances and exits would use door/window sensors and Aqara cameras, all managed through the hub. The pool area security requires a different approach, so I would install outdoor-rated motion sensors specifically for that zone and integrate them so they trigger alerts only when the system is armed for security, avoiding false alarms from wildlife. I would use a combination of Aqara cameras and motion sensors for monitoring. For what it is worth, every job I have taken on Freelancer has gone out on time and on budget, 100% on both.
