Part-Time Perfume Instructor

I’m setting up a series of adult workshops in northern New Jersey where each participant walks away with a custom-blended perfume and a solid grasp of the fundamentals behind it. I need a freelance instructor who can turn the art and science of perfumery into an engaging, hands-on experience for a room of curious adults. Here’s what the role looks like from my side: • Develop a clear, step-by-step lesson plan that covers safety, scent families, note selection, and blending. • Lead 2- to 3-hour sessions (evenings or weekends—exact days are flexible) and keep the energy high while answering questions on technique and ingredients. • Supply or specify the materials we’ll need—aromatic compounds, carriers, beakers, blotters—so every student can mix and bottle a finished fragrance on the spot. • Make sure attendees understand proper dilution, storage, and skin-safety guidelines before they leave.
