A custom water leak detector having 21 mm diameter, 7 mm thickness, with waterproof enclosure. It must be a motion activated, and will BLE-broadcast its deviceID and leak-on or leak-off upon detection (no latency). The device will deactivate upon 2 minutes of no-motion. Complete project and the overall development workflow will be as follows:- 1. Schematic Design – Develop the complete circuit design, including component selection, power management, interfaces, and functional verification. 2. PCB Layout Design – Create the PCB layout with proper component placement, routing, signal integrity, power distribution, and design rule checks. 3. Production File Preparation – Generate all manufacturing files, including Gerber files, BOM, Pick-and-Place (PnP) files, and other required documentation. 4. PCB Manufacturing Support – Assist with PCB ordering, review manufacturer feedback, and provide technical support during the fabrication and assembly process. 5. Firmware Development – Develop and integrate the required embedded firmware, including hardware drivers, communication protocols, and application functionality. 6. Prototype Testing and Debugging – Test the assembled boards, troubleshoot hardware/firmware issues, and optimize system performance. 7. Enclosure Design – Design the waterproof-mechanical enclosure according to PCB dimensions, component placement, and product requirements. 8. System Integration and Final Validation – Integrate hardware, firmware, and waterproof-enclosure, followed by complete functional testing and performance verification. Final Delivery ---------------------- Provide the physical device in a waterproof-enclosure as per the description on top, including design files, firmware, manufacturing documents.
