Amazon CPC Advertising Specialist Wanted

We are an Amazon seller specializing in lighting products. We are looking for a hands-on Amazon CPC advertising freelancer to manage and optimize our daily ad campaigns. Initial budget is clear, with potential to increase quickly based on performance. Requirements 1): Verifiable Amazon CPC experience: Please be ready to provide a live screen share of an Amazon seller account you have managed or are currently managing. During the screen share, you should show: campaign structure, keyword performance, ACOS / ROI, and sales trends from the last 30 days (sensitive info can be hidden). Let us know what results you achieved with a similar daily budget (20–50). 2): Working hours: Must be available during Beijing daytime (9:00–18:00, GMT+8) to adjust campaigns, analyze keywords, review reports, and communicate with me. Daily sync required in early stage; frequency can be reduced later. 3): Responsibility & communication: Proactively report abnormal fluctuations (e.g., ACOS spikes, sudden drop in impressions). Provide weekly ad reports + optimization plans. Responsive communication in English 4): Category experience Experience with lighting or home decor is a strong plus – familiarity with core keywords (e.g., LED, ceiling light, dimmable, warm white) and competition is highly valued. If no lighting experience, you should be able to quickly learn product keywords Ad Budget & Expected Output Initial daily budget: 20USD∗∗(canberaised to 50–$100/day based on performance) Expected sales: Based on your experience with lighting products (price range approx. 20–40), please estimate the stable monthly order volume at the following stages: After 1 month: ______ orders/month After 3 months: ______ orders/month After 6 months: ______ orders/month How to Apply Your hourly rate (USD/hour) – or an alternative fixed monthly fee for the initial stage.
