Ongoing Listing Optimization and A/B Testing: • Listing new or existing products via regularly tested keyword research • Ongoing optimization of keywords based on the changes in Amazon’s algorithm and PPC campaigns • Monitoring conversion rates and making changes to the copy to increase conversion rate 2. PPC Ads Campaign: • Full audit on any existing campaigns to provide quick restructuring and immediate optimizations • Unique undiscovered keyword identifiers using Seller Interactive’s proprietary software • In-depth competitor analysis to determine missing keywords and allow for quick predatory targeting to immediately steal sales from competitors • Custom strategies for brand protection & increased brand presence • Bi-Weekly Reporting showing the breakdown of activities, target ROAS objectives, and future optimization plans. 3. Account Health: • Seller central, opening cases, delisted products, maximizing amazon support and response, suspended accounts/products • Resolving listing suppressions due to pesticide or hazmat restrictions • Unlocking product categories • Assisting in reconciling statements and missing payments • Investigating FBA inventory-related issues like lost goods, labeling, storage limits, FBA fees • Minimize order defect rate, maintain high customer service response time, and overall Amazon policy compliance • Automated inventory management system with prescribed restock thresholds, lead time and inventory storage cost considerations 4. Customer Service: • Proactive customer service reps dedicated to responding within 24 hours to any concerns- • Following up on customer feedback once every 12 hours • Automated solutions to monitor and respond to customer feedback at scale (managed by account health specialist) • Automated email campaign strategies to encourage positive product reviews, customer support and build community engagement OPTIONAL SERVICES: 1. Access to Product Testing Network: • Highly curated network to test products and provide feedback 2. Product Photography: • Custom designed product images to convey features and benefits -does not include lifestyle images * Not required if the Company can provide their own product photos on a white background. 3. Reimbursement & Refunds: • We track lost or damaged items by the Amazon warehouse for you to be properly compensated. • Look for goods damaged by the inbound shipper and ensure that originally shipped items that were replaced will be returned before the deadline and that Amazon had refunded your 20% restocking fee for the full amount • We handle returns and make sure that both your received orders and reimbursements match-up IMPORTANT TERMS OF AGREEMENT: Except as otherwise provided in the Agreement, all monetary amounts referred to in this Agreement are in USD (United States Dollar). ADDITIONAL NOTES: One Amazon Specialist is dedicated to the success of your account and will be your main point of contact.
