Hiya, How are you doing? No beating around the box, let's get started with few questions. 1. When you say "letters" you mean "emails" yeah? 2. Can't we completely take off the step where you direct the users from Amazon to your Wix site? What's the use of it? 3. We can make it like, once they complete the purchase we can try to have their product order number there itself instead of directing them to the Wix site. 4. Once we receive the product order number, we trigger the mailing process and once the customer leaves feedback for you =, you automatically get a copy of the feedback as well. 5. As far as sending them discount coupons is concerned, does this coupon go out to everyone who submits feedback or is it only for people who submit a 5-star rating? This needs a thorough discussion. 6. The last step is even more tricky (am not saying it's impossible), but this will really need skills to take all the data and put it in the relevant columns. See, you got to be very smart in choosing the right partner for this project as everyone literally everyone here on Freelancer will claim to be able to do this entire thing but I know for sure there are very few of them who will be able to bring it to successful completion.
