Automated CI/CD Pipeline with Jenkins, AWS and Docker by WINDOWS version

LOOKING FOR: I'm looking for a DevOps / CI/CD Pipeline developer who is able to teach me or complete for me a CI/CD pipeline using Jenkins, selenium, several AWS services and Docker in WINDOWS command. CURRENT PROJECT CYCLE: I have a static HTML page, GitHub and Jenkins linked to it, and I would like to make an automated pipeline but I would need clear or step-by-step instructions on which services to be used, how it works and how to do it - guided procedures. How it SHOULD work: When any files are uploaded to GitHub, Jenkins will build jobs and selenium shall check if the uploaded files are working and correct. Once affirmed to be correct, other services in AWS will upload and deploy the new working file to the site (hosted either on Docker or AWS service, unsure of the procedure). Also, data on the hosted site is entered should be retrieved and sent to an AWS service (a NoSQL database) with information via JSON/Excel/Spreadsheet, which can automatically send the JSON to specific email address once every few hours/immediate. Please chat/message with me on this before we start an actual session*. Additional: Monitoring, but not needed. Only need explanation. Any credits will be paid only when project is satisfied and fully built. Deliverables: DEADLINE BY 26TH APRIL 2019. CI/CD pipeline with Jenkins, several AWS services, Selenium, Docker (by windows command). Send any information from hosted site to AWS service (NoSQL db, converted to JSON/Excel/Spreadsheet). Converted files can be sent to specific email address automatically. Clear instructions on how each software works together, step-by-step. Any codes should be explained/answered.
